HeadAmp Blue Hawaii SE Electrostatic Headphone Amp
Here is the newest electrostatic headphone amp from HeadAmp called the Blue Hawaii SE. Looks impressive at $4995.00. Then add the soon to be release Stax C32 eletrostatic headphones at an estimated price of $5000. Should be $10K worth of "Can Heaven".

Dan...very impressive looking gear .

Cyril.......You have to be a seriously commited headphone guy to drop that much coin on a set of cans and a headphone amp. I'm going to stick with my Sennheiser HD600's and the HeadAmp Gilmore Lite headphone amp. They're paid for. ;)

Justin's gear is that good, especially if mated with some HE 90's or original Stax Omegas!:music:

Back to earth....for me it will be the Sennheiser HD580's and McIntosh C40 headphone amp. Pete |
I can get a lot of headphones and amps for that much money.

Not like that.

I'm considering setting up a can station next to my current listening position. Even though i've never been big on cans, particulary conventional ones, i'm hoping that electrostatics are going to do it for me. The Lady wants a bump & thinks it would be a good idea for down the track. |
