Elipsa with double set of speaker 's cables

This place is formidable.....
Having read a testimony on the interest to double cables on SF speakers, I said to myself that the moment had come of make a try, only here is I have in my ownership only a single set of Yter, I thus took out drawers an old MIT of the same length and I tested this funny association....

wow.....my Elipsa now reach another level of performance

I mastery not indeed the words for an analysis in the scapel of the performances of speakers as some here reports of which are brilliants, but I know what I like and I analyze first and foremost the sensations which I feel with regard to the musical message, certain very ambitious and very expensive systems annoy me and my attention excapes and I feel a kind of faintness as put under stress, the others on the contrary get a sensation of well-being and relaxation and have the capacity to suck up you
That is what I perceived this morning...
the disappearing act is now complete with holographic rendition of the sounstage unknown previously, the singers are closer to microphones and the respiratory noises more easily received, the bottom of the spectre is richer, the piano has more weight and authority, the emotional load of the music is better

the owners of SF should really try.... it is bluffing
so I am going to order another set of Yter ..... c'est la vie

Results are dependent on cables. That is it may be better with some and not others. Until you try the exact cable in the exact system, you are making an assumption that may or may not be true. I would suggest that you borrow a second pair of Yter before ordering another set just to be sure.

Philippe,
I'm happy for you. That is always a great pleasure when a simple change makes a higher listening pleasure.
I agree 100% with your way of analyzing a sound system : you listen to your heart, ie feelings and emotions instead of focusing on details and "sectionals" of the spectrum. I do the same.

Agree Bill, It has to depend also on the amplifier, the difference is blatant in any case in my system and room....

Philippe,

Please keep us updated. I'd like to read more and am glad you found an improvement. Many advancements were discovered by accident. :)
