10B Sub EPS with MPS-2
I'm planning on adding a pair of subs to my system using a 10B Sub. While doing some (well, a lot... OK, a ridiculous amount) research online, I found out that the 10Bs come in an EPS (as in external power supply) line which are powered by the MPS-2.
I'm not currently running any other Bryston gear. Would there be a worthwhile improvement going 10B Sub EPS with MPS2 versus a regular 10B sub? |
Welcome Howard!

Hi Sandman,
Go with the internal supply. james |
Well, there you go Howard. :ok:
Thanks James! |

I'd consider springing for the MPS-2 even for a relatively subtle improvement in transparency. Does it make any audible difference at all? |

No difference at all and correct the MPS-2 was really just to allow more Bryston units to all attach to a single power source. james |
