Hanks is very good as usual. A true talent.

The movie flowed well and was enjoyable for me but was slow for my wife. That’s likely purely based on our respective interest levels in naval warfare. ;)

A far better movie than many on Amazon/Netflix/Hulu etc.

I plan on watching this eventually, Hanks filmed much of it in my hometown, Baton Rouge, on the U.S.S. Kidd.

Watched it yesterday and was pretty fast paced after the first five minutes. Very enjoyable.

I agree on the fast pace, although I didn’t articulate that well. It is a short movie made shorter by the action that starts quickly.

Will have to watch to see how it compares to Freeman's "Atlantic Nightmare" history of the battle for the North Atlantic.

Pretty good movie. Was surprised that it bypassed the theaters all together (understandable) but it was also free on AppleTV. Tom Hanks was not a happy camper about it.
