Just a heads up for REL fans, I am a dealer for their products also!

Great to hear. I have been enjoying my B1 for a while now.

Does anybody have experience with REL Studio 2 vs 3? I have a Studio 1 and 2 and the difference between the two is quite big. The Studio 2 is better than the Studio 1, especially in the higher frequencies and it's tighter, IMO. Is Studio 2 vs Studio 3 evolution or a revolution?

Interesting. How do you define "higher frequencies" for a Studio?

Studio III is quite a step above the II and replaced it over a decade ago.

I saw the new REL G1 the other day. I must say it is the best looking sub I have ever seen. Interesting remote control for the unit. It seemed to integrate and work very well with the Maxx 3's that were on at the time. The photo below does not due it justice.

Might give it another listen some day in the future with different speakers.

I am with you Jim... I lisened to the REL G1 this weekend with Sashas and ordered one before leaving. Great looking sub that integrates very well in a 2CH system. I own 2 JL F113's in my theatre room so it will be interesting to compare.

Jim,
Have you heard the same rig with the F212 at that dealer?
Just wondering how you thought it compares to the JL?

No. I know the 212 is in the same room I normally audition gear without subs. I just happened to see the G1 and liked the way it looked and asked some questions. Then I listened to a couple of cuts as they showed mu how the remote worked.

Received my REL G1 today... Amazing sub. Integrates very well with my Sasha's thanks to my dealer's setup. Digs down very deep. Listening to drum solo right now... WOW. It's that good.
