It doesn't seem to be available in any kind of disk format that will play in the US.

Next to impossible to find a DVD these days.

YouTube does have the full original French musical version as well as “interpretations” in other languages.

Here is an English interpretation of Belle for example and there are whole playlists so it is possible to watch it. :yes:
