WW Silver Starlight 7 & Revenant

Yesterday afternoon I received a new WireWorld Silver Starlight HDMI from Ivan. So, last night I was forced to give it a workout. In other words, I couldn't resist the temptation to test it with the 4k UHD version of The Revenant. The results were outstanding. I'm very pleased with the new cable.

I guess you're thinking, "Well, that's nice, but so what". The so what is this cable is 9 meters long. It did not give up even the slightest bit of performance to (and maybe exceeded) the 2m long AQ Vodka previously installed. Also, I did not set up the cable at all. It's just coiled up on the floor, laying on power cables. I would not be surprised to see it improve with proper routing. Although, I'm not sure what improvement would look like. It was perfect.

I am in the first stages of moving all my electronics, except for amp, to the side of my room rather than between the speakers. To accomplish that was going to require some solution for the DVD player to connect to the TV. Thus, the need for some solution that would get me over 25'.

I've tried long HDMI cables in the past with no success. I was very reluctant to invest in a new, long cable, I was looking for other options. But, when in doubt, contact Ivan!! He turned me onto the Silver Starlight 7, and it is fantastic. So, just letting y'all know that these WireWorld HDMI cables are not even stressed with UHD at 9 meters. Performance is flawless.
