Cool!
Many thanks, Ivan! To start things off, here's the first pic; my Schiit Gungnir DAC, now a Multibit (aka Gumby). Picture by yours truly http://photos.imageevent.com/puma_ca...ngnir%20LR.jpg |
My vote is for PumaCat for the Schiit forum President!

I just populated the new Schiit Forum; moved all appropriate threads over. :ok:

Since we're sharing our Schiit here, I'll throw in with a nice pair. I am running these as mono blocks from a Freya preamp.

Good Schiit!! |
Glad to find this. I have a pair of Magnepan 1.7i’s and have the Freya preamp and two Vidars on the way. I will run the vidars in mono to the Maggies as I have balanced connectors. Can’t wait to hear.

Not a lot of action on the Schiit thread as of late, but I thought I'd share my Schiit.
Pro-ject Debut Carbon SB with 2M blue/Hitachi PS-58>Schiit Mani with Swagman labs PS>Freya With upgraded KenRad tubes or FLAK server>Modi MB>Mark Levinson 331>Tekton Lore-S I had been running my main system with the Modi & Freya, running Mirage M3si's, and I always used Tube mode. But I moved it into my TT room, and find I like passive mode best for "audiophile" recordings, and buffered mode or tube mode for more "general" recordings. https://i.imgur.com/UfcarzIh.jpg |
Brad.......Quite an eclectic setup. Looks good. Bet it sounds good. I like the glass blocks for cable lifters, too. All together, very cool system.

Very nice indeed, Mr. Brad!

Hey Brad! :beerchug: |
Anybody notice the full 2 page "Ape" Schiit ad in the November Stereophile?
|
Flipped by it 3-4 times without noticing it was a Schiit ad. Only looked when you called to our attention with your post. They wasted their advertising $ with me.

Schiit Yggy GS
anyone have any thoughts on this new offering an Analog 1 with GEN5USB( all other new Yggy components) obviously multibit and would you buy this rather than a new Gungnir multibit for few 100$ more than the Gungnir multibit? Am going to mate this with new Rggy 2 (just an amp) and new pair of Legacy Audio Studio HD monitors
will just use this for streaming HD/HiRes from TIDAL/Qobuz on their web apps and through ROON and A+3 plus 800 cds ripped in Apple lossless bobmd |
