Nice. I always like the look of Marantz Reference series.

Would these 'work' with a Mcintosh C46? I would like to try with my JBL 1400 Array's........

Lately, I've been moving a lot of Marantz Reference gear. Much more than usual...

A dealer for Marantz? Can you comment on the reference amps? Perhaps compare them to the McIntosh MC402?

Choosing between this Reference Amp and a MC402 is a very personal decision. They are both built like Tanks, both sound superb; and yet there seems to be a unique following to each brand.

I'm wondering if Marantz is coming out with some new Reference gears. The current offering is getting a bit long on the teeth (they still look very nice though).

Understood. However, I do not have a chance to listen to the Marantz. I guess I will have to go by the reviews that are online.

Perhaps against the MC501's............?
