Rotel RC-1580 vs RC-1570

Hello everyone. With the recent information about new Rotel products (i.e. RB-1590), I wish to upgrade all my 10 series equipment to 15 series. I have a couple questions about these two pre-amps. 1) Is the 1570 (or any 15 series piece) a true balanced design? If they are I'd like to go balanced from cdp & DAC>pre>amp. 2) I will not be using digital equipment with my pre amp. Will the 1580 sound better as it is completely analogue? Side note: I plan on getting the Rotel RDD-1580 DAC. So the DAC features on the 1570 would be useless to me. Thanks in advance!

I had a number of Rotel 10 series models: RC1070, RB1070, RC1090, RB1092. I now have the RC1550 and RB1580. To be honest I was not able to tell too much sonic difference. I do not believe any of the 15 series are truly balance - their slogan "balance by design" is a bit misleading.
