| If you’re a new user with less than 10 posts you do not have the ability to post new threads,private message,or edit your profile. We do this to prevent spamming,virus, and spyware attacks on the forum. Once you reach 10 approved posts you will gain some of these privileges. I receive numerous emails saying “But I need to post my question right away”? The answer than is to become a subscriber on the site and you will automatically have the ability to post.The only way to receive instant access to start threads, post without waiting for moderator to approve,etc is to become a subscriber.

● Unless you’re a sponsor do not add your website/blog/forum/business name to your profile.
● Unless you’re a sponsor do not promote your business or someone else’s business (i.e. audio dealer,etc).This includes posting threads,private messages, and emails.
● Please do not post links to other forums/blogs.
● Being a subscriber/aficionado isn't the same as being a sponsor. You still must follow above rules.
● If you’re a subscriber/aficionado only post your for sale gear in the Buy/Sell Marketplace. Don’t edit your profile/signature to show gear for sale or wanting to buy.
● Do not make posts/threads that offer gear for sale or gear that you want to buy. You must be a subscriber/aficionado to make posts like those in buy/sell section of the site.
● Posting of illegal content or making posts defined as spam or inappropriate under the forum rules will lead to you being banned and your activities could be reported to your Internet service provider and any relivant legal authorities. This also includes any emails sent to any administrator, moderator, or owner of AudioAficionado.
● Copyright to forum posts and other information become the property of the forum.
