Anyone know the brand and model of this turntable and arm?

BuffaloBill.......I believe Bob is correct, and I think the tonearm is the Micro Seiki M505 tonearm.

It's and Enlightened Audio Research, I am not sure the model number. I have their preamp and headphone amp and just love them.

That Red R to R is one of the ugliest pieces of gear I have ever seen. :yikes:

I would have to bag it to put it in my room.

Stephen.......You are correct. I missed the A in MA505. It is the arm you and I have on our Micro Seiki DD-40 turntables. Super tonearm.

Thank you Ivan, for all the cool pictures. I'm a huge tape head, and if that Studer is being newly introduced I hope it could spurn an outfit like maxell to start making new 1/4" tape at decent effing prices. I have 2 brand new tapes here I don't want to use until the "right thing" for it comes along because I had to pay so much for them.

Can I add Jethro Tull? I still have some old tapes on an old Sony R2R deck. Ahhh, what memories.

The Grand Prix Audio Monoco turntable looks spectacular. I would like to see and hear this turntable in action. A direct drive beauty.
