Ivan,
What about the 2010 Tesla Roadster all electric car? 0-60 in 4 secs (not bad) and no sound? Given the amount of electricity you draw in your FL and Cape abodes with all those blue meters, this may make you more carbon-neutral :D. Not bad looking either:

And compared to the Porsches and Ferraris, this is a veritable steal at $111-$130K. What say you Masterlu? :D
Have you ever driven one?
Only sat in one, never drove it . The carrera GT I am told is a widow maker on the track. Still it is a real head turner.

I'm all for minimizing my carbon footprint, but that car won't find it's way into my garage. :icon_thumbsdown:

On the back roads we drive on? A definite handful. Be sure to have a nice life insurance policy. :D

I don't think the GT1 was ever street legal in the US. The Carrera GT is a different story. I never drive one, just sat in one a a Porsche Club here event a few years ago.

No, not to my knowledge either about the GT1. I doubt there were ever more than a handful of them actually street legal anywhere. :scratch2:

As far as I remember they were supposed to produce several for homologation purposes so they could race it at LeMans.

Looks like the kind of thing you glaze down upon before you drop the flowers on the roof and fill the hole with dirt.:D
Man, that is one confused car... :icon_thumbsdown: I see design elements of Duesenberg, Rolls Royce, Bentley and even Auburn boat tail.... Some kind of psychotic mix of old and new all wrapped into one.
