I am now aligned with a professional interior design company that has already done work in my own home. They are also working on my Cape Cod home. Feel free to contact them direct, should you need any assistance. Make sure you tell them Ivan sent you! Their references include some well known celebrities.

Nora is awesome to work with, I know of no one more tallented & professional than her. She did the complete layout & purchasing of furniture for my entire Florida residence.

With what she saved me, her services cost me nothing.

She has just completed the new layout for my 3K' basement in Cape Cod.

I'm very excited! :ddd:

Oh... I guess I had one of those "mental block" moments. :D Mine is going to be slightly under at 2.7k.

I hope there is room for a substantial wine cellar in there... even a 30x30 room is only 900sqft!

Here are few pictures of my basic basement wine cellar . This picture was taken before I purchased much wine. A great website to go to is cellartracker.com you can find great recommendations for pairing food with wine, find reviews and pricing. If you sign up you can keep your entire wine inventory on it and print out bar code labels for locating your wine.

Very nice. Do you keep the entire basement in the 50's? Or does the wine area actually have some sort of enclosure?

Pool table + Wine Cellar = never leave underground.

The basement stays around 66 degrees which I know is about 11 degrees too warm. I have the wine room wired for a cooling unit and it is insulated. I have doors on order and then it will be temperature controlled.

We might as well live up to our snobbery that had us go into an exodus previously and have a wine guzzling avatar... :)
