They are directly available for the Analog BUT you must email them if you own a DAC IV to get the firmware which they will send you. You need to upgrade the firmware for Win 8 to work. It is a two second process:

The Win 8 drivers load without incident even with the SOTM-USB, which I would occasionally have an issue with in the past.
