Two big races missing (there are many others too): the Silver State Classic (http://www.sscc.us/) and the Le Mans Classic (http://www.lemansclassic.com/).

We're spoilt for historic racing in the UK so I'll leave treats like the Goodwood Revival off the list... ;)

Of the 10, been to Spa, Monza & Indy for Formula One races (Inaugural F1 race at Indy). Always wanted to go to the Isle of Mann for the TT races -- maybe someday. Favorite of mine is Hockenheim (German GP).
