I ordered the 1/2 meter one because I was gonna use it with my Apogee Duet 2. I'm gonna do some sound test to see if I hear any difference. If I like it, I'll order a 1 meter too.

Initial impressions are that the WW did sound different than my Monster Cable. It's a bit more forward on vocals. The jury is still out if the difference is better.

I purchased the Starlight USB from Ivan to run from my MacBook Air to Audio Research Dac 8. I easily noticed the difference from the Belkin. rate it a 10 for my use.

I use the 1.5M WW Platinum USB between my laptop (Music Server) and my USB to SPDIF Converter. I owned the 1.5M Audioquest Carbon which was not a bad cable. From my experience I feel the WW Platinum USB raises the SQ to higher plateau. I also like it’s design separating the signal from the power along the entire length of the cable. What a great design!

i know most of you use a usb cable from the dac the laptap computer ? correct ?
i would like to share something that i iscovered a few weeks ago & it makes a huge difference.
Is anyone using a hardrive to mac-mini configuration or media player to a hardisk using USB- MiNI b ? try replacing that generic mini-b with a wireworld starlight, Ultraviolet, etc. It makes a huuuugggge difference in sound quality and picture quality.
I couldn't believe it myself.

That is interesting.... I have not looked into that.
