Mel says she wants this. Ordered a large. I tried to talk her out of it, I really did! She said I could build the table.

I have an Alfresco gas grill. Top quality, right up there with Fire magic or Lynx.
Don't use it much. Almost all my grilling gets done on charcoal or wood. I own 2 Weber Kettles (1 for the motorhome, 1 for at home) and my pride and joy is a Pitmaker Safe upright smoker. Beautifully built custom built smoker that I run
with a BBQ Guru for control. Seems a shame to have an expensive gas grill that only sees hot dogs for the kids.

For Christmas I bought a new weber summit 420 propane gas grill. It is a great quality, heavy duty BBQ. It comes complete with all the bells and whistles. A sear section with 3 consecutive burned to sear steaks. I did some big rib eyes in like 3 minutes a side the other night. The duals light up. Auto hood light. The inc rotisserie is awesome. Try chicken everyone goes nuts in our household. The smoker box with its own burner really works. Right from the start even with hamburger it gave us that high end steak house flavor. I've cooked entire grills of chicken quarters, thighs breasts etc with min flame ups. 40 pounds in all of chicken. It was expensive but well worth it. I also own the regular weber charcoal kettle which I love too. But this gas grill really has me going. The gas is really easy to Clean too.

It is beast. I thought I was crazy spending that much. I have so much control over the cooking of it I'm just amazed. Weber did a great job. My wife who graduated from Cordon blu in Europe is stunned. I love it. Hopefully It should last a long time.
