I do not think so. Franco definitely divorced with Sonus Faber.
Honestly if I would have a larger room I would prefer Ktema over Stradivari.

Right on about the "divorce"

But how come bigger room then the Ktema? Thought this is the smaller of the two .... at least horizontally.

Nonetheless, chances of auditioning is very slim, given its a "new branding" plus the "limited edition". Just hoping for "used" to appear in a year or more to come ... then maybe a chance.

Is that truth?
Yes, about $34K USD. I like the looks and the specs -- are very impressive. Hope my dealer will become a dealer so he can buy a pair first.

Bob.......That was better than proclaiming the Ktema butt ugly, as I so eloquently stated previously about another piece of equipment.

Bob.......I guess I could have dressed my opinion up in feel good jargon. Perhaps something along this line of bunkum would be more appropriate:

The all new Ktema loudspeaker's unique physical characteristics are a radical departure from the more common rectanglular box approach to speaker technology. Although I recognize this will thrill many high end audio aficionados, interior decorators, and designing women, plus be viewed as a bold, fresh, and welcomed breakthrough in loudspeaker eye candy, I find myself needing some additional viewing time in order to warm to the conceptually novel stylistic expression. Presently, to this reviewer's eyes, the Ktema appears a bit disconcerting and awkward.

There. Just wonderful.

In my opinion based on just the pictures the sonos faber Strads. and Elipsa are better looking aesthetically. I am curious why he left the company that he founded ?

However, better spec's than either.

Franco (Serblin) decided to semi-retire. He started working with his other son-in-law on a speaker cable project called Yter. Once he fulfilled that void, looks like he delved back into his love.
