Default Sonus Faber Grand Piano Domus
Here are some photo's of them. They should be here Friday.

I need some recommendations for setting them up. I have plenty of room for them. My thought is about 8 to 9 feet apart and sitting at a similar distance.
Toe in or not is where I get lost. Maybe I'll just have to play with it and figure out whats best. And the distance from the back wall will be around 8" I think.

Thanks in advance for your help. I bet I'll have some more questions in the future

Congrats dude on the new speakers and big welcome to club Sonus Faber!

I believe that it would be a big mistake to shove these or any speakers up against the front wall

8 INCHES is simply not enough room to let these speakers breathe, even with the front loaded port which helps out with not so boomy bass but I highly value a 3D soundstage. Without depth - it doesn't sound right to me.

Pull em out away from the walls at least a couple of feet - more if you got the space.

I hope the " was a typo.

I appreciate your help. I can get them about 16 to 17 inches from the front wall without things looking out of place. I agree with you on the depth and sound stage being critical.
Do you have a suggestion on toe in?
I have Polk Audio SRS2's which need no toe in so I am kind of a beginner when it comes to toe-in.

Given the dispersion of the Vifa/ScanSpeak ring radiator, they probably could use some toe in. How much, who knows? Wait till they're in your possession and experiment till they fit you liking.
