I'd like to share a positive support experience regarding Ivan and PS Audio.

I recently ordered a PPP--my first purchase from Ivan.

After about an hour it threw the breaker and shut down. After I unplugged everything from it and plugged it in elsewhere, it made a repeated clicking sound, even 48 hours later. After a quick PM to MasterLu, he immediately responded with an assurance that he would sort it out with PS Audio (this was on a Friday night). I received a call (not an email--a call) from Scott McGowan on Monday morning and he decided that my PPP was DOA and immediately shipped another one to me without waiting for mine to come back.

The new one has about six hours on it and I am very happy with it. I've since added a PowerPack 1500 and three Soloist SEs (all from Ivan). I haven't seen much comment on the PowerPack 1500 here, so I'll note that it works well with my projector (a JVC RS35), though you'll want to keep it out of earshot as it does make a bit of noise.

We've all had negative experiences with dealers and vendors in the past, so it is worth sharing when someone does things right, especially since only negative experiences tend to get documented in forums. Getting a phone call from the support team to open the dialog is indeed rare. Thanks again Ivan and Scott/PS Audio for a great experience.

lurch.......It is good that you shared this with us. Legend Audio and PS Audio treat their customers right. I had a similar experience with one PPP ( I have 4), and I had a brand new unit in three days. Great support in every respect.
