Paul's been swamped with the final stages of the Perfect Wave DAC and Transport software changes prior to production, so please forgive the delay.

The Power Plant Premier has two large fans which can move a great deal of air with virtually no noise, even at their highest level. The fans are variable speed and controlled from a thermostat the monitors temperature.

Ryan.......Thank you. I heard my fans come on for the first time day before yesterday. They didn't stay on long, either, maybe 30 seconds. I can confirm the fans are very quiet. I was impressed. I haven't heard them since then. The PPP is a great product. I am waiting on delivery of my second one right now.

Ryan.......Since you mentioned the Perfect Wave DAC, I have a question about it. While watching Pauls video demo of the Perfect Wave DAC, I saw him demonstrate the iPhone/iTouch as a remote control. I noticed that even though he was controlling the DAC from the iPhone, when he wanted to lower the volume of the Perfect Wave output, he reached for the touch screen on the Perfect Wave rather than the iPhone. Is remote volume control part of the iPhone/iTouch software feature?

That video was filmed at CES. At that point we had just barely finished the most basic programming for the iPhone/iTouch. Although we have made great improvements and are nearing completion, I don't expect the software to be finalized till summer. The release of software will coincide with the release of the bridge which make streaming possible. At that time we will offer the ability to control the volume from the iPhone/iTouch.

Does PS Audio have a international PPP that will work in the Philippines? I need 2 of these within the next couple of years.

Greg.......What input voltage are you going to have in the Philippines? What output voltage will you need from the PPP? Will you need standard duplex receptacles, or something else? This information will help narrow down what is needed.

Hi Ryan,

There are some questions I really needed your help to answer/advise.

1. Understand the PWT can only play redbook CD's as of now. And of course play DVD disks that are burnt using iTunes/Toast - a la end result HRx music DVD? Is that correct?

2. More importantly, the PWD - could a UNIVERSAL player, such as the McIntosh MVP871 that could play SACD, DVD-A, DVD Video and of course redbook CD be used solely as a transport and its digital output (using the coaxial - RCA) be plugged into the PWD? Could the PWD decipher the signal (SACD, DVD-A, DVD Video) as 2 channel output?

Asked as I do have a small collection of both SACD and DVD-A's and it would be a shame to put these aside.

Looking forward to your early advise/reply.
