The PPP was initially installed and hooked up to power everything including the tv and the amps.
The improvement was immediate and a little startling at first. I stopped what I was doing and ripped through 8 or 10 of my reference tracks and listened quite carefully. I used multiwave. Notable improvement in detail.
Within a week of installing the PPP my electrician showed up to install 2 dedicated circuits. Now the amps and the PPP are plugged in directly to the wall and the preamp, cdp and tv are plugged into the PPP.
Nice improvement to the TV/dvd picture too. I'm play a lot of music DVD's using my 2 channel system with the Oppo BDP83.
