You would do well to go with amny PMC as a surround. But with the OB1i you are definitely riding with a superior surround system. I've heard a DB1i surround setup with the TLE1 in professionally built room, I mean perfect from the foundation to the roof, and you would think you were listening to the BB5-XBDA.

I am starting to have second thoughts on the mc 207. Is it the right match for my new center and surrounds with the 501's and Eb1is up front?

Rob, how many channels are you planning on running - 5.1 or 7.1? If only 5.1, I would suggest adding an MC303 for center and surround. As I am discovering since I got my MVP881 hooked up with its 7.1 analog outs, there are very, very few Blu-rays with 7.1 tracks, so my back surrounds are going unused for the most part.

If you did want to run the two back channels for full 7.1, you could still get the MC303 and add an MC252 or 402 for the back channels. I'm using an MC252 for the back surrounds, and it works fine with the speaker size set to small for those channels.
