How do you post photo's on thread's?

I usually just use Photobucket or Imageshack.us, and copy/paste the direct link it gives me between [img] [/img] tags. So:

[img] URL of your image here [/img]

Pretty sure you can do attachments, too, just never really tried that.

Welcome to AA! If you'd like to try attaching a file, then proceed with the following steps:

1) Scroll down the 'reply to thread' page to the 'additional options' section
2) Select the 'manage attachments' button. This selection will give you a 'manage attachments' window
3) Select the 'browse' button in the 'manage attachments' window. This will give you a 'choose file to upload' window.
4) Select the file you want to upload.
5) Select the 'upload' button on the 'manage attachments' window.
6) In your 'manage attachments' window, you should see the file name & file size in the 'current attachments' section of your 'manage attachments' window.
7) Close the 'manage attachments' window.
8) You should be good-to-go.

When you reply to a message there is no " manage attachments" window in the additional options menu.

cut and paste does not work like similar sites.

When I replied to your message, there was a "manage attachments" button.

Reply to this message, scroll down & select it.

I think that you have to be a "subscriber" in order to have that feature.

Perhaps my memory is going south on me, but I thought 'subscribership' entitled one access to additional forums, rather than whether one could 'manage attachments'. 'Managing attachments' falls under the basic handling of posting threads.
