I may try to get her to stop at the MC 2102 first -- but only after and if the 501s disappoint.

I have a great story for you ! I'm a retired electronic tech and did military electronics. In the early days of guided missle telemetry audio frequencies were used because they could not be jammed. This was before the advent of digital technoligy. We used Mac 275's in our test setup because at that time they were the only amps with ruler flat freq. responce suitable for labratory grade use. I hope the CIA doesn't read this !!!

I love to tell stories, I can see we have several things in common. I've had a 3 & a 5 car, MA7000 which is a recent purchase.

I'm looking to downsize to the 3 and a MA7000 also, just waiting to see what happens.
