Default MX151 and height/front effect speakers

I am running a 9.2 setup. The extra two speakers are height speakers (sometimes called "front effect" speakers). They are speakers placed up into the ceiling (ceiling cans). Does anyone know if I can configure the MX151 to use these speakers? For example, can I configure two of the AUX XLR outs for full range or high pass?

I'm running my subs off the "sub out" and then daisy chaining my multiple subs together from that....so I don't need the AUX outputs for extra subs.

Mike,

Like we discussed earlier on the phone, when using either the AUX XLR or RCA out, the AUX signal is from the front Left and Right. I don't think the DSP engine in the 151 will recognize the "height" speakers. You certainly can hook them up to the AUX out and set the x-over to where you want it, and that might be all you have to do to get the effect you're looking for. Certainly when you run RP, it will recognize them and set the levels and distance and delay needed for their location. Keep us posted. Good luck.

Scott
