Personally, Joe, I will be most interested in hearing about your comparisons between the Dart and the Burmester monoblocks. Dart and Burmester are two of a handful of the finest amps I've ever heard, and my guess is that it will be quite a battle between them...I don't think I would be able to guess off-hand who would be the winner, or if the differences would be any other than personal preference over outright performance.

So, what's the rest of my handful, NOT in order, you ask?

1) Octave
2) TAD
3) Technical Brain
4) C-J

That's a very nice list Stephen. Exquisite taste. I have thought about going all TAD at some point but that would be a major undertaking I am not ready to do. I still want to try a GAT with the Dartzeel at some point. I will not see my dual 911mk3's for at least 2 months and will be using the Dart in the meantime so I'll have a good feel for the sound.

From what I have read, the Technical Brain is supposed to solve all the riddles of amplification. Never heard one. Too rich for my blood.
