Jim.....I kept calling everyday and bugging them. Most of the time I spoke to someone but the guy who knew about the S2 was out with the flu so that's the reason my calls were never returned, plus they were closed 2 or 3 days due to the snow storm. No one knew what to do or who to call even though the RA# explained everything in detail. The player has been gone over a month and that's no excuse for Marantz. Shame on Marantz and their customer service.

I'm going to change my avatar back to the M5 or the MC402.

Congrats Dave. Replacing your SA11S2 with a new unit is the least they can do after their screw up. I guess you are going to be spinning optical discs for a while when the new unit arrives
