I know. It's not like companies that want to sell Blu Ray players have a lot of manufacturers to choose from when it comes to Video Engines, DAC's, etc.

The 555 would probably only be worth it if you own the 707. It supposedly comes with digital inputs to the DAC's and as good as there 505 CD player. Also an all EVO system ran in cast is a good thing if you haven't had the pleasure. I have been talking to my dealer about the reference BD player so I can loose my DVD, BDplayer, and DAC but I am happy with what I have at the moment so I am afraid to try a 555 out in fear of a lighter wallet.
