So, what system is getting the most playtime???
I have been listening almost exclusively to the SF Memento system. It is much more conveniently located upstairs in my house and the "main" system is in a detached "pool house" about 40 yards away - through rain, sleet, snow and freezing cold (although we really don't have any of those things in Southern Georgia except rain - and we have had a lot of that lately)

With the addition of a new JL Audio F-112, I am enjoying the Mementos immensely. I absolutely love listening to this system!!!

Thanks for asking.

Julian

jprice,

You are now a believer in power cords. Subs, 'tables, cd, amps, preamps, tuners even speakers will benefit from a good quality power cord. Heck even Ivan's razor and my toothbrush perform better ;-))

Welcome to the club!

Dave

oh I am a huge believer in power cords, but that is why I asked, because in the book that came with the f110 it made a point to say only use the power cord that came with it, and i never saw that posted in any other manual from any of my other equipment ( could be cause i never read any of them before lol)

I like wire world power cables alot, though I am more of an audience guy, since I have them running through out my whole system, along with their inter, and speaker cables.

But kubala is really nice also.

Julian.......I know exactly what you mean. I couldn't be happier with my two channel system, either.

Default Thanks for posting this thread

I couldn't use one of the stock 6ft powercords due to placement of dual F113 subs in my room. I was about 2.5 feet short to the outlet! I did the same as many of you have. I grabbed an extra BMI Whale Elite power cord and threw the stock ones back into the box. Yes there was a sonic and cosmetic difference.
