I just received the May 2010 issue of Stereophile and for you horn aficionados there are reviews of both the Klipsch Palladium P-17B and the JBL 1400 Array.

I am pleased to read that JBL's Synthesis 1400 Array BG speakers have received a top rank recommendation in Stereophile's "Recommended Components". In Stereophile May 2010 edition, Larry Greenhill reviewed the JBL Synthesis 1400 Array BG loudspeakers, and was quite impressed. The article is worth reading. JBL still has what it takes to make music sound real.

Jim.......I would have to agree with you. That stand could have been created in a more aesthetically pleasing manner. My interest in the JBL Array line centers strictly around the 1400 BG.

Cyril.......The 1400 is done in gloss walnut veneer. I think it is just the pictures. JBL's have always had fine finishes on their better home speakers.
