Has anyone ever heard this from Denon?

It is what it is. If they haven't chinced on the preamp section then it might be pretty good.
It has a nice look to it too.

I don't own a TV but if I ever did... this is the type of amp/player that I would be looking for.

I hate to see 5 boxes under a TV...

If that Denon had a DAC it would be even better.
