So sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident.

Just try to remember, its only a thing and will be repaired in no time.

All that being said... I probably would have decked the guy!!!

I hope you get them fixed quickly!

sounds like my electrician....people like this have a hard time thinking much less doing something constructive like working....very scarey.

Salesman is driving to my home tomorrow with repair tech. I should have my estimate, I hope they can fix it in home vs. having to pack it up and send it to B&W. I think that's a bit too much. At least I'll learn how to tear apart my speaker.

Anyone who tries to "grabbed my tweeter & tried to pull it off" is in BIG ASS trouble!

Yep, that's about as thoughtless as it gets....it sort of reminds me of those who see a dome tweeter and seem to think the dome is a button that needs to be pushed....and we all know the result! :rant:
