Don.......McIntosh made the MC7270 for six years through 1991, so there are plenty of them out there. It is not particularly a collector's piece, although it is a fine 270 watts/per/channel solid state amplifier than can be operated in bridged mode for 540 watts mono. I would not expect to pay more than the original MSRP for NIB amplifier. Anything more than that will put you in the price range of a clean MC352 which is a considerably nicer power amplifier. There's a very clean MC352 on Agon right now for $2800. That's the way I would go.
